David Burnett serves as the Director of Technology for the Global Petroleum Research Institute. As Director of Technology he monitors research trends and needs, identifies key industrial contacts, as well as solicits research project proposals. He also serves on the GPRI Executive Committee and Technology Coordination Team. He also serves as Research Coordinator for the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering.
