Dr. Stephen A. Holditch retired from the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University on January 31, 2013, and is currently a Professor Emeritus. Dr. Holditch led the department from January 2004 to January 2012. He has been on the A&M Faculty since 1976 and has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He supervised more than 100 MS and PhD students while at A&M. Dr. Holditch has received numerous awards in recognition of his technical achievements and leadership and most recently was honored as an Outstanding Graduate of the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University.
