Frosty Gilliam, Jr. ’80


Frosty GilliamFrosty Gilliam, Jr. is President of Aghorn Energy, Inc., which he founded in 1988 and he is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Gilliam worked from 1987-88 for an independent producer as the V.P. of Acquisitions. From 1984-87 he was the Production/Engineering Manager for Oxoco Inc., and from 1980-1984 he worked as a Production/Reservoir Engineering for Amoco Production Company.

Mr. Gilliam serves on the Boards of ECISD Education Foundation, Rock the Desert, Permian Basin Rehabilitation Center and Easter Seals Committee, and the Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering Industry Board. He is currently the President of the Permian Basin Mission Center and was past president of the Odessa Country Club. Mr. Gilliam graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering in 1980.

Mr. Gilliam and his wife Rhonda reside in West Texas and are the proud parents of Matt and Laura.
