Keith A. Hutton has been the Chief Executive Officer of XTO Energy Inc. since December 2008 and Director since April 2005. Mr. Hutton served as an Advisory Director of XTO Energy from 2000 to April 2005 and Executive Vice President of Operations from 1987 to May 1, 2005. He was employed by XTO in various engineering positions since 1987. He also previously served as a Reservoir Engineer of Sun Exploration & Production Company from 1982 to 1987.

A native Texan, Mr. Hutton was raised in Houston and Odessa. He received a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University in Petroleum Engineering in 1982.
