Parking Information

  1. Turn Left onto Ireland Street from University Drive as indicated
  2. Turn Right onto New Street directly behind Parking garage
  3. Enter through the Visitors Entrance
    • Pay-By-Space Machines: 6
    • Accepted forms of payment:
      • Cash, credit cards, Aggie Bucks
    • Clearance: 7'
    • 159 visitor spaces
    • Normally fills by 10am or at the beginning of each class during fall and spring semesters
  4. Rates
    • 6:00 a.m. - 4:59 p.m.
    • 0 min to 1 hr - $ 2.00
    • 1 hr 1 min to 2 hr - $ 4.00
    • Each additional hour - $ 1.00
    • Vehicles in unpaid spaces will be cited
    • Broken into 30 min increments
    • Customers have 15 minutes to exit the facility after payment is rendered. Additional payment is required after 15 minutes.
  5. The Richardson Building is located on the corner of Spence Street and Ross Street (Roughneck statue is located in front of the building)

Loading & delivery directions

  1. Turn left from Ross Street onto Spence Street
  2. Take an immediate right to reach the back side of the Richardson Building
  3. The loading dock is located behind Richardson Building
