Professor Emeritus of Petroleum Engineering


Dr. Richard A. Startzman's industrial experience consists of 20 years with Chevron Corporation in management, research and operations in Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. He consults with majors, independents, and service companies in the areas of economics and reservoir engineering.
